At Elizabeth Arden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of products purchased on our website within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all promotional gifts and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
